Age Restrictions
Laser and IPL treatments are only offered to clients 18+.
ID may be required.
Patch Testing
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before treatment (unless insurance dictates a longer period).
Treatments cannot proceed without a valid patch test.
Missed patch test appointments may incur cancellation charges.
Treatment Suitability
You must disclose:
- medical conditions
- medications
- skin issues
- pregnancy
- recent sun exposure
- tanning
- use of photosensitising products
Failure to disclose information may result in refusal of treatment.
Contraindications
Laser treatments may be unsuitable if you have:
- active infections
- skin conditions
- recent procedures
- certain medications
- pregnancy
- active tan or sunburn
Your therapist will assess suitability during consultation.
Safety Protocols
During treatment:
- protective eyewear must be worn
- only the treated area will be exposed
- settings are adjusted for your skin type and tolerance
- aftercare will be provided
Right to Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if:
- it is unsafe
- you have tanned skin
- contraindications are present
- aftercare has not been followed
- patch testing has not been completed
