These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, purchases, treatments, services, and interactions with Näkemiin. By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, visiting our premises, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Information

Näkemiin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date above.
2. Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked through Fresha or directly with us.
A valid payment card is required for booking due to our cancellation policy.
You will receive confirmation and reminder messages via Fresha.
We may refuse or cancel any appointment if it is unsafe, unsuitable, or breaches these terms.
3. Arrival & Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late:
- Your treatment may be shortened.
- If you are too late for the service to be completed safely, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and charged 100%.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation terms:
- 48–24 hours’ notice: 50% fee
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% fee
Cancellations must be made via Fresha or by contacting us directly.
Late cancellations are automatically charged through your saved card.
5. Patch Testing
Certain treatments legally or safely require a patch test.
Patch tests must be carried out within the required timeframe.
Failure to attend a patch test may result in the appointment being cancelled and charged.
Treatments will not proceed without a valid patch test.
6. Medical Conditions & Suitability
You must inform us of:
- medical conditions
- allergies
- medications
- skin conditions
- pregnancy
- recent procedures
Failure to disclose information may result in treatment refusal, and the full fee may still apply.
If a treatment is unsafe due to medical reasons, we may require a doctor’s note or decline the service.
7. Treatment Results
Individual results vary depending on:
- skin type
- lifestyle
- aftercare
- medical factors
No outcome can be guaranteed.
We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results, as payment is for the service/time.
8. Children & Guests
To ensure safety and relaxation:
- Children under 16 cannot attend appointments unless previously agreed.
- No accompanying guests are permitted in treatment rooms unless approved for accessibility reasons.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse service if:
- a treatment is unsafe
- a client behaves inappropriately
- patch testing hasn’t been completed
- policies are repeatedly breached
- intoxication is suspected
No refund will be provided in these cases.
10. Gift Vouchers
- Non-refundable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Remaining balances cannot be refunded or transferred.
- Must be redeemed before the expiry date.
11. Packages & Sunbed Minutes
This applies to, but is not limited to:
- laser packages
- self-love packages
- bridal packages
- sunbed minute bundles
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sunbed minutes expire 6 months from purchase.
Incorrect purchases must be reported within 48 hours, with no sessions/minutes used.
12. Payment
We accept:
- Fresha payments
- Card payments
- Approved vouchers
Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with UK GDPR.

14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with your experience:
- Contact us within 48 hours of your appointment
- We will investigate the issue promptly and fairly
- Solutions may include advice, adjustments, or follow-up treatments — refunds are not offered
15. Liability
Näkemiin is not liable for:
- Reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions
- Failure to follow aftercare advice
- Personal items lost on the premises
- Outcomes outside of therapist control
We maintain full public liability and treatment insurance.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be handled under UK legal jurisdiction.
